Shipping and Returns

Order Shipping
TribalSouk.com ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail and each order’s shipping price varies depending on size and destination. International orders can take some time to get there - USPS usually quotes 6-10 days

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within New Mexico will be charged NM sales tax of 6.75%.

Returning or Exchanging Items

All TribalSouk.com purchases are non-refundable, so please check your order carefully.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email TribalSouk.com within 10 days and we will exchange it for another product. TribalSouk.com allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but TribalSouk.com will pay for shipping the exchanged product back to you. We will not ship the new product until we receive the one you are exchanging. It must be in its original condition and must be received by TribalSouk.com within 30 days of your original order.

We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

If we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong item, which we try to avoid of course, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.

Payment Methods
We use PayPal.com for all our order processing. PayPal.com accepts the following types of payment:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• Payment deducted from your PayPal balance

NOTE: You do not have to set up a PayPal account to purchase from TribalSouk.com. They offer an option where you can pay without setting up an account.

Countries To Which We Ship
TribalSouk.com happily ships orders to the following countries and more (if you do not see your country please inquire). Also please note that orders are never shipped as 'gifts', but we try to indicate that they are vintage / antique dance costumes if it applies to the order. All import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
