19th Century Turkoman embroidered bag, Khalta. Exceptional colour combination and design make this a lovely piece of Antique Turkoman embroidery. Worn with obvious areas of heavy wear from daily usage. This type of bag served the same fuction as a purse, holding money and small personal belongings.
