Old / Antique Baluch bag from Baluchistan, Pakistan c.1920s-1940s. Very fine embroidery with mostly soft colours bleached from the desert sun. The bag is made from one large embroidered panel that is then folded to make the pouch. Sometimes referred to Quaran Bags, they were / are more often used much like a purse is used, for carrying small personal possessions. You could certainly use this, but they are getting quite collectible and difficult to come by, a nice piece for display.
