Hefty spiked bracelet from Oman/Yemmen or perhaps Sindh / Rajasthan. PRetty much impossible to tell on this one due to designs of the same style being produced in both areas. Antique, probably early 20th Century, good condition. Coated with something, perhaps a varnish of some sort, could polish up really bright if stripped or buffed out
